Who we are
MyPracti (“we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at hello@mypracti.com.
TODO(owner) before launch: replace this notice’s “MyPracti” with the legal entity: [COMPANY NAME], company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS], ICO registration number [ICO NUMBER]. Do not publish with these brackets.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact and demo forms:
- your name, work email address and, if you provide it, phone number;
- your practice or group name, role, number of surgeries and number of locations;
- your preferred contact method and times, and anything you write in your message.
To protect the forms from abuse, your IP address is used as a short-lived key to count repeated submissions, and it is not stored with your enquiry. Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, also processes IP addresses and request details as part of delivering and securing this website, and its Turnstile check, where enabled, assesses your browser to tell people from bots.
How we use it and why
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo you have asked for, and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our software. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and deliver your message to us: Cloudflare, Inc. (which hosts and secures this website and runs the spam check on the forms), our email delivery provider (Resend, if it is the provider in use) and, where enabled, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or collect personal data. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case the terms of our customer agreement apply. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@mypracti.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
